Executive Committee Meeting
July 23, 2010
Members Present: Martha Robilotti, President; John Trentacosta, Vice President; Bill McCarthy, Treasurer; Jennifer Reilly, Secretary; Michelle Rosenthal; Kathy Geckle
This meeting was brought to order at 3:08 p.m.
Michelle Rosenthal made a motion to enter into executive session to discuss personnel issues. John Trentacosta seconded the motion. All in favor. Motion passed.
Committee returned to public session at 3:25 p.m.
In recognizing the state of the economy and budgetary constraints, Michelle Rosenthal made a motion that we grant two additional vacation days, in lieu of a pay increase, for the year 2010-2011 to all full-time employees who are not at the maximum 25 days vacation and one additional vacation day in lieu of a pay increase for the year 2010-2011 to all permanent, part-time employees. John Trentacosta seconded the motion. The motion passed with unanimous approval.
Bill McCarthy moved to adjourn the meeting, Michelle Rosenthal seconded, all in favor. The meeting was adjourned at 3:32 p.m.
